Privacy notice — Court Reservation ChatGPT plugin

Last updated: 7 September 2026

This notice explains what happens when you connect ChatGPT to Court Reservation. The full publisher policy is https://www.courtreservation.io/en/privacy (controller: Webmühle e.U., office@webmuehle.at).

Data the plugin uses

After you sign in with OAuth, ChatGPT sends an access token to https://mcp.courtreservation.io/mcp. The MCP server forwards that token to the Court Reservation API. Tools may read or change:

The plugin does not receive your password. It does not send a service-role key or act as a shared AI account. Tool responses omit email addresses, tokens and debug identifiers.

Who processes the data

Processors used to run Court Reservation (hosting, database, email, payments) are listed in the main privacy policy.

Legal basis

Contract performance for your Court Reservation account (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent when you complete the OAuth grant in ChatGPT.

Retention

Access tokens follow the Court Reservation authorization server. Booking data stays in Court Reservation for as long as the club account requires. This MCP process does not keep a separate member database.

Your rights

You can disconnect the plugin in ChatGPT. For access, correction or deletion of account data, email office@webmuehle.at or use the Court Reservation profile. Supervisory authority: Austrian Data Protection Authority, www.dsb.gv.at.
