These terms apply when you use the Court Reservation plugin in ChatGPT or Codex
(https://mcp.courtreservation.io/mcp). The Court Reservation web app remains governed by the
club’s own rules and by
Webmühle’s privacy policy.

The plugin lets a signed-in club member find tennis or padel courts, look up club booking rules, search partners by name, issue pyramid challenges (Forderungen), create a booking, reschedule it, or cancel it. ChatGPT calls the Court Reservation API in that member’s name. Club rules (opening hours, events, duration limits, membership, payment, pyramid geometry) stay on the Court Reservation servers.
You must have an existing Court Reservation account and an active club
membership. ChatGPT sends you to https://app.courtreservation.io to sign in with OAuth 2.1 + PKCE.
You grant the scope mcp:bookings. There is no shared “AI user”.
You can revoke access by signing out of the plugin in ChatGPT and, if needed,
by changing your Court Reservation password.
Create, cancel, reschedule, pyramid challenges and match results only run
after you confirm in the chat (confirmed=true). You are responsible
for checking the court, date, opponent and time before you confirm. Paid slots
are not completed in ChatGPT; you pay in the Court Reservation app if the API
requires payment.
Use the plugin only for your own memberships. Do not try to book as another person, scrape calendars, or overload the service. We may block abusive clients.
The plugin depends on ChatGPT, this MCP process, and the Court Reservation API. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Court Reservation club operators remain responsible for their courts and club policies.
See the plugin privacy notice and the Court Reservation privacy policy.
